Refund policy

Last updated 4 July 2026

The short version

Every purchase on Two Shores comes with a 14-day, no-questions refund. If Two Shores isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full.

What's covered

  • A playbook (a one-time purchase): refundable within 14 days of buying it.
  • The Library (an annual subscription): your first payment is refundable within 14 days. Each yearly renewal is refundable within 14 days of that renewal charge.

How to request a refund

Email hello@twoshores.app from the address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every purchase, Paddle processes the refund back to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancelling the Library

You can cancel a Library subscription at any time from your account or from your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops the next yearly charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own is not a refund; if you also want the last charge refunded, ask us within 14 days of it.

A note before a chargeback

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first. We can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute, and our refund window is generous by design.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law, including the statutory rights of consumers in the UK and EU, which this policy does not limit.
